About Americal Construction Management Group
Americal Construction Management Group is a Southern California general contractor and construction management company. Since 1992 we have built commercial, hospitality and luxury residential projects for owners who expect the work to be planned carefully and finished properly.

Americal is headquartered at 26081 Merit Circle in Laguna Hills, in the heart of Orange County. From there we serve clients across Orange County and Southern California — hotel and resort operators, commercial property owners and managers, restaurant operators, developers, and private homeowners working with their architects and designers.
Our work spans commercial construction, hospitality renovation, luxury residential construction, tenant improvements, restaurants, spa and wellness facilities, multifamily renovations, capital improvements, reconstruction and design-build. Across all of it the approach is the same: understand the scope and constraints early, price the work honestly, manage the site closely and close the project out completely.
Much of what we build happens inside occupied buildings — resorts with guests in residence, restaurants serving customers, communities with residents at home. Planning around the people using a property is a core part of how we work.

Many of our hospitality, spa, restaurant and retail projects were developed with the interior architecture firm Raad Ghantous & Associates.
