Every project has one Americal lead who is your contact from pricing through closeout. You receive a written scope and line-item pricing, a schedule with the dates that affect your tenants or residents, and regular progress reports with photos.
Before work starts, we agree on access, hours, parking, protection and notices. During the work we track open items and change requests in writing. At closeout you get warranties, product information and a photo record for the property file.
