Multifamily renovation usually combines three kinds of work: interior unit upgrades, common areas and amenities, and exterior or building-system improvements. Each has its own constraints — vacancy timing for units, resident traffic for amenities, weather and access for exteriors.
We build the schedule around those constraints. Unit work is sequenced with leasing so turns happen quickly. Amenity closures are planned and posted. Exterior work is phased building by building, with resident notices issued through property management.
