Contemporary Oceanfront Residence
Custom single-story new build
About the project
A ground-up contemporary residence built around a single, sweeping ocean view. The exterior pairs fluted metal cladding with a low-slung standing-seam roof and a deep cantilevered steel pergola that shades the entire rear terrace. The great room opens to the outdoors through a multi-panel frameless sliding glass wall, while the kitchen and living volumes share a continuous wood-plank floor and a wrapped charcoal fireplace wall. The finish program includes custom matte-white slab cabinetry, veined stone backsplashes and matte-black plumbing throughout.
